Diversity & Inclusion (D&I)

We are committed to cultivating a diverse workforce where every voice and perspective is valued and respected. Striving to foster an inclusive environment rooted in trust, we champion efforts to increase representation across our organization. Our D&I programming supports current employees and customers, expands opportunities for future talent and emphasizes supplier and vendor diversity.

Employee resource groups

Employee resource groups (ERGs) are employee-led initiatives that bolster our company culture and support team members by promoting awareness and fostering an environment where everyone can reach their full potential. Membership in ERGs is open to all Link Logistics employees, with over 65 percent of the firm participating in at least one of our five ERGs.
